Information retention period

Your personal information will be deleted once the intended purpose is fulfilled. However, if the intended purpose is not realized and you request deletion, such information will be deleted within 10 days, unless specific laws and regulations require that such information be retained for a specified period.

Access, correction, deletion, data portability, and withdrawal of consent

You have the right to request the Company to access, correct, or delete your stored personal data, to restrict processing, to object to processing, and to receive your personal data in a machine-readable format. You also have the option to withdraw your consent to the Company’s collection and processing of your personal information at any time. Provision is not mandated by law or contractual agreement

Unless otherwise agreed, the provision of your personal information is not a legal or contractual requirement. In such cases, your decision not to provide such information will not result in any disadvantage to you.

For minors

Customers under the age of 16 are requested to obtain the consent of a parent or guardian before submitting any personal information.


Personal information submitted through the contact form on our website will only be collected by us if you expressly consent to the collection and use of such personal information in accordance with the terms of this Privacy Policy. By checking the consent box on the form page and submitting your request, the Company will assume that you have given us your express consent to the collection and use of your personal information by the Company.
